August Events at the Bolduc House Museum in Ste. Genevieve

WHAT:   
HOMESCHOOL TUESDAY AT STE. GENEVIEVE…it’s a history hunt  around the town!  
                We will explore Ste. Genevieve and gather information and sweet treats along the way!  

WHEN:  Tuesday, August 2, 2016

TIME:  1:30-3:00 p.m.

WHERE: 
Bolduc House Museum, 125 S. Main St., Sainte Genevieve, Missouri, 63670

WHAT:
Bring a bottle of water and your walking shoes! Homeschool families will hunt for history around old Ste. Genevieve - maps and questions will be given at the start of the program and families will explore Ste. Genevieve, gathering information and sweet treats along the way!

COST:  $4/student, $10/family.

The Bolduc House Museum hosts Homeschool Programs the First Tuesday of the month, 1:30-3:30pm.

2016 Louis Bolduc Day - A Celebration for Children!

Saturday, August 27 at 10 AM - 12 PM

Did you know that the French Colonists in Missouri didn't celebrate birthdays? Instead, they celebrated their Patron Saint's Fest Day. Celebrate Louis Bolduc Day with us this year in true party fashion! Starting at 10am, the Bolduc House Museum will celebrate Louis Bolduc's Saints Day (St. Louis Day) with:

* Cake
* Snow Cones
* Helium Balloons
* Children's Games
* Face Painting
* Old-Timey-Costume Photo Opp (bring your camera!)
* Card Making Station & Contest for kid's to make Louis
Bolduc a Saint's Day Card, ages 
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd place prizes awarded day of (sorry, no mailed
prizes!)

-ALL CHILDREN ACTIVITIES ARE FREE!-

AND FOR THE ADULTS!

* Discounted admissions all day long for our tours 
- $6 adult/$1 child. 
* FREE ADMISSION to anyone with an 8/25 birthday, in honor 
of St. Louis Day (Must provide proof). 
* Coupons for local businesses available for guests to take 
and use throughout Historic Downtown Ste. Genevieve!
